Ok, you want to knock the cobwebs off your metabolism?

Here is a great workout to do it with….WARNING, this one is a killer and sucks  every second thru. But if you finish it you will be begging for more.

Anyhoo, here is a workout that if you make it through, you probably will wish you were dead. But I promise it will make you stronger and shred every last ounce of useless body fat off whatever trouble spots you have.

50/10 circuits – 50 seconds on/10 seconds off, 4 times around the circuit.

Total time = 20 Minutes

1. Kettlebell Swings
2. Spider Pushups
3. Bulgarian Split Squats
4. Renegade Rows
5. 2 Point Bridges

Im kinda over the whole “happy new year ” wishes. They are so 6 days ago, so have a great easter.
